BagelFest in Los Angeles

The last few months have been a whirlwind of writing, baking and covering events. But just wanted to share a story I wrote in the spring where I got to eat my way through more than 20 bagel shops from California. There was lox, schmear, pickled radishes, stuffed bagels that caused strife because are they even bagels? It was exciting to see bagel bakers having a good time and creating California-inspired bagels!
